Lorri made the home selling and buying process so easy for my wife and me. We were facing a tight deadline of trying to get our place sold and also purchase a new home. We were able to do both within a 3 week timeframe! Lorri worked with us through each step of the process making us feel like we had a good handle of everything that was going on. Lightning Speed Successful Process!

At the start of my home search, I chatted with 3 realtors about what I was looking for and their experience, I ended up selecting Lorri because she was very familiar with the area I was looking in (Westminster/Arvada) and knowledgeable about the market dynamics! On the first day we were looking at houses, I fell in love with one, Lorri and her suggested Lender (I selected after chatting with 4 other lenders) went above and beyond on that first day to turn around an official offer to the buyer, from pre approval onward, which ended up getting approved. Throughout the entire process, Lorri was open and communicative on next steps and deadlines to keep me up to date on the contract progression and available anytime I didn’t understand something, I am a first time homebuyer so that was often. I got really lucky with going under contract on the first house I picked but also don’t discount the steps and the speed at which Lorri took them to make sure I was able to do that!
